Faço esta receita há cerca de 17 anos, aprendi com uma pessoa da familia. Obrigada Dona Emilia, pois esta ficou a ser a receita de rissóis cá de casa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 pescada média&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 dente de alho&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;azeite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;leite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;farinha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;noz moscada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pimenta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;salsa bem picadinha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;preparação do recheio:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Coze-se a pescada com um pouco de sal, deixa-se esfriar e retira-se peles e espinhas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Faz-se um refogado muito leve com a cebola bem picadinha, o dente de alho e o azeite, quando estiver apurado junta-se a pescada limpa e desfiada, deixa-se ferver mais um pouco e vai-se mexendo, depois adiciona-se duas colheres de farinha e vai-se juntando leite aos poucos até o recheio estar nem muito grosso nem muito mole, por fim tempera-se com a pimenta, aa noz moscada e a salsa bem picadinha, retfica-se o sal e apaga-se o fogão.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;preparação da massa:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;A massa pode parecer um bocado dificíl mas é muito fácil. Otilia, esta senhora é cozinheira profissional na empresa onde trabalho e eu admiro muito os seus cozinhados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;peixe a escolha (gosto muito de fazer com maruca)&lt;br /&gt;delicias do mar&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;louro&lt;br /&gt;tomates maduros&lt;br /&gt;azeite&lt;br /&gt;batatas&lt;br /&gt;cenouras&lt;br /&gt;coentros&lt;br /&gt;sal e uma malagueta&lt;br /&gt;caldo de peixe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Coza previamente o peixe com um pouco de sal, retire-lhe as peles e espinhas e guarde a água da cozedura. Pique a polpa das beringelas. Pique também a cebola e o dente de alho, aloure no azeite cerca de dois minutos em lume médio, junte o arroz e frite-o, mexendo, durante cerca de 3 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Regue com a água quente e adicione a polpa das beringelas, a polpa de tomate, a salsa finamente picada e os oregãos. Deixe estufar, tapado, durante cerca de 20 minutos em lume brando. Bata o ovo e misture com as natas, junte ao arroz, já fora do lume.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Misture as 30 gr de queijo ralado com o pão ralado e junte ao arroz. Tempere com sal e pimenta. Recheie as meias beringelas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Coloque-as num tabuleiro untado vom Vaqueiro. Polvilhe com as outras 20gr de queijo. Tape com folha de alumínio e leve a forno moderadamente quente (200ºC) cerca de 25 minutos. A minha mãe nunca teve jeito para fazer doces, mas teimava em fazer todos os anos as filhoses que o meu pai tanto gostava, nunca teve paciência para seguir uma receita, ela colocava os ingredientes a olho e era esperar que a sorte estivesse do nosso lado, coisa que raramente acontecia.&lt;br /&gt;Então numa &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;ante-véspera&lt;/span&gt; de Natal, depois de todos já se terem ido deitar eu e a minha mãe pusemos mãos à obra, alguidar, ovos, aguardente, abóbora já passada, canela, sumo de laranja e farinha, a minha mãe amassou, achou que a massa estava dura e pediu-me mais ovos e laranja, depois achou mole, pediu-me mais farinha, depois experimentou e achou que não sabia a aguardente, vá, mais aguardente, provou e achou que sabia de mais a aguardente e pediu-me água morna, claro a massa ficou mole e vá mais farinha, sei que no fim estava um alguidar cheio de uma mistela que não se assemelhava nada a filhoses de abóbora.&lt;br /&gt;A minha mãe receosa que o meu pai ralhasse com ela, pediu-me para ir colocar a massa às galinhas, isto deviam de ser para aí umas 22/23h da noite, mas lá fui eu de alguidar em punho, como se via mal tropecei num tijolo e enfiei os meus longos cabelos na massa das filhoses.&lt;br /&gt;pareci à minha mãe a chorar, pois toda eu pingava massa, a minha mãe fartou-se de rir e lá fomos nós lavar o cabelo, só depois é que  nos deitámos, já era muito tarde. Recheio:2 pacotes de natas 1 lata de ananásBatem-se as natas até ficarem em chantily, juntamente com duas colheres bem cheias de açúcar.Recheia-se o bolo com pedacinhos de ananás e natas batidas. Deixa-se fintar em locar abafado, eu coloco a massa dentro de uma tijela, meto-a dentro de um saco de plástico e coloco-a dentro do microondas. Por fim é só esticar a massa e fazer uns cortes no meio e fritar, polvilha-se com açúcar e canela.Eu comprei uma máquina para esticar massa que é fantástica. Eis aqui a prova da minha experiência.
